A. It best combines two of my favorite things ever. 
Personal Finance and Ebenezer Scrooge.

2. Who is this website for and why?
A. It's for everyone. It was written with struggling low income people most in mind. Though all are welcome.

3. Who is Blue Collar Scrooge?
A. A lifelong lower income schmuck who's been obsessed with personal finance.
 For decades. 
Now in his mid-late fifties, retired, and a net worth that can be reasonably expected to grow even more over time.

4. Do you really think anyone can become rich?
A. Absolutely anyone can be rich over time. 
And if you live in the U.S.A. there's almost no excuse NOT to at least retire wealthy. 
Yes, I really do absolutely believe that with zero reservations.

5. Do you sell emails?
A. NO! Never under any circumstances.

6. When did the idea of a Blue Collar Scrooge blog/website start?
A. A few years back Scrooge was teaching himself web design and came across the idea of coding my own personal financial blog. 
The blog is contained within the Blue Collar Scrooge website.
 A website created, designed, and coded exclusively by Scrooge.

7. Did you grow up rich?
A. No. Scrooge didn't grow up rich. His parents, particularly his father, was in fact raised in legitimate abject poverty. 
But Scrooge himself was raised in what can best be described as lower middle class.
