WHAT WOULD SCROOGE DO?
Once you understand what you need and, and for how many people, finding the right cell phone gets much easier.
The truest test to determine what you need is best determined by what your using your phone for now.
Your phone habits now aren't going to change much over time regardless of your provider.
Before you start comparison shopping ask yourself these questions.
1. How much is my current plan?
2. How satisfied with your current plan are you?
3. Does the provider I'm looking at have good coverage in my area?
4. Do I have to sign for a certain length of time or can I cancel at any time?
5. Whats included in the plan?
6. Any discounts available?
7. Can I keep my current phone?
8. Can I keep my current number?
9. Is this an introductory deal or will this be my regular bill?
10. Is this the best price of all the plans?
Don't forget these are the questions you are to ask potential providers BEFORE you've identified exactly what your specific needs are.
After you know whats needed and have called around (pun intended) you should now go online and research the reputations of these companies.
Questions like how long this business has been around, customer service reputation, are they known for things like hidden fees or poor coverage in your area and the like.
Now there's only one question left to answer.
Will I be saving enough to justify the switch?
If so, go for it and happy saving.
Please note that at this time no recommendations are being made here.
Thats because what were trying to do here is help you recommend what best suits your needs not someone else's thoughts as to what you need.
It's a bit more work but it's definitely worth the time and trouble.
Please to meet you, hope you guessed my name! It's Blue Collar scrooge here and I'd like to just thank for taking the time to our little blog to help accomplish all things financial. Personally financial that is.
